Warranty
Warranty is offered for most of our products and there is a standard one-year warranty for all equipment purchased from us for manufacturer defects only. The warranty does not apply for normal wear and tear parts.

What is the turn-around time for machine servicing ?
We aim to get your general service done within 24 Working hours. However, if we come across any issues that require additional attention or parts, this could increase the turnaround time.

Do I need to book an appointment for machine service ?
No appointment is necessary, you can bring your machine in during our operating hours. However, if you would like a faster turn around you are welcome to call ahead and book.
